This is the first ever, hot pot on a conveyor belt in the Washington area, and it was quite an experience. They have a huge selection from their broths, meats, types of noodles, and veggies. Your broth is poured into a container fit for hot pot, that's actually built into your table! (See photos for reference).

What seafood is frozen in hot pot?

Among the seafood items, some ingredients seem still half frozen, i.e. jumbo shrimp, Dungenese crab. I enjoyed the catfish filets which was perfect for hot pot cooking, just let it simmer in the broth till it cooked to perfection with mushrooms and other ingredients cooking in the hot pot, the taste is delicious.
