History
Hudson Grille is a part of Metrotainment Cafes. Metrotainment Cafes was founded by Jeffrey Landau in 1991. He had spent his career in the hospitality business, absorbing what it took to run successful restaurants. The first restaurant the group opened was Einstein’s, in Midtown. It grew to become a casual neighborhood favorite.
Review
Hudson Grille menu offers a lot of variety. They have plenty of starters to choose from, such as the Ultimate Nachos or Caribbean Style Shrimp. All are about $11 or under.
Creature Comforts Tropicalia
Tropicália® is a balanced, soft, and juicy IPA. A hop aroma of citrus and ripe passion fruit leads into a full, fruit-forward hop flavor that washes over the palate, and ends with a subtle bitterness. Tropicália is also the name of a Brazilian artistic movement that started in the late 1960s.
Goose Island Next Coast IPA
It’s 7%, but totally crushable — it’s not quite like any other IPA you’ve had. Big, bracing, piney hop flavors meet a tropical bouquet of Nugget, Citra, and Mosaic hops. There’s a balanced bitterness that blends seamlessly into the light to medium body. Sip it or rip it.
Monday Night Slap Fight
Slap Fight will woo you in with a West Coast-style malt bill, but slaps you across the face with its tropical hop profile. Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts for a clean, rich mouthfeel. Comet, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops lend a pungent herbal aroma, peppered with hints of papaya, orange and grapefruit.
Scofflaw Basement IPA
