When did IAMP's at Jennings open?
WELCOME TO IAMP'S AT JENNINGS! Jennings Cafe opened its doors in 1958 by Omar Jennings Sr. He purchased Jennings after selling his previous fine dining restaurant called Pimlico Hotel. This establishment was located near the Pimlico race track. His son, Larry Jennings, was a horse trainer at Pimlico and several other tracks throughout the states.
Who is Larry Jennings?
His son, Larry Jennings, was a horse trainer at Pimlico and several other tracks throughout the states. Horse racing is a part of the Jennings family tradition. Omar Sr. wanted to share with others his two favorite things, cooking and horse racing.
Who sold the restaurant in Catonsville?
He sold the restaurant to Steve Iampeiri, who had been a restaurant consultant for 20 years. It had been his life long dream to own his own restaurant, and he couldn't imagine working anywhere else other than the friendly town of Catonsville where he was raised.
