New York State Appellate Court Extends Stay Until at Least March 2, 2022
Last night, January 31st, the New York State Appellate Court extended the stay of Judge Rademaker’s decision on the Governor’s authority to order a mask mandate. The stay will continue until at least March 2, 2022. As a result, all districts must continue to comply with the current masking guidelines.
