The Avocado Salad is made with fresh lettuce, avocado slices, pico de gallo, olives and house made dressing, with the option to add grilled chicken. The Jimboy's Taco Salad includes all the fixins' including a fried tortilla shell, ground beef or chicken, beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and olives. For a heartier option, a Bowl gives you a choice of protein on romaine lettuce, whole pinto beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, cheese, red sauce, sour cream and olives.

Jimboy's Favorites combine delicious, freshly prepared fan favorites with a regular soft drink at one low price. Choose from three Favorite options which include two Original Ground Beef Tacos, a Bean and Cheese Burrito paired with an Original Ground Beef Taco, or a Steak Tahoe Burrito.
What kind of food is in a burrito?
Burritos. Our hand-rolled and grilled burritos are filled with your choice of seasoned meats, our made-from-scratch Spanish rice, slow cooked pinto beans, mild red sauce and freshly shredded cheese. Burritos can also be ordered with meat and cheese only.
When did tacos start?
Our signature item that started it all in 1954 . Our famous tacos start with a stone-ground corn tortilla grilled to perfection, filled with your choice of seasoned meats, freshly shredded cheese, crisp lettuce, and finished with a dusting of our signature parmesan cheese. Grilled soft flour tortillas can be substituted.
