We don't recommend ordering fries for delivery. Why? In order to keep them warm, steam gets locked in and can make them soggy. If we don't cover to keep them warm, they may arrive cold. -We recommend ordering them for pickup only. Otherwise, order at your own risk

Ordered 7 sandwiches at 11:50 was told an hour wait. I showed up and not a single part of the order was ready. I was told it would be another 30 min. I returned 30 min later and asked about the order. Said it would be another 30 min. They only had 3 sandwiches completed. She kinda giggled about it. Asked for a refund on the remaining order.
