Is Kai Joe's on Oak Island good?
Visited Kai Joe's twice on our trip to Oak Island. The place was highly recommended. The food was good. I had the North Shore taco, then the Mel's Firecracker Shrimp Nachos. I enjoyed the mix of flavors on both.
Does Kai Joe's have online ordering?
They don't have online ordering or payment set up but calling ahead is the thing to do since people in Oak Island don't like to wear masks and love to let you know it. My first trip to Kai Joes's was lots of good-old-boys waiting around for food without masks and loved to let you know they didn't want to wear masks.
What kind of tacos does Kai Joe's have?
We got a Surf and Turf Taco, North Shore Taco, Queso and Homemade Chips, Papa Joe Burrito, and Kai Joe Taco; which were all delicious! Good prices and they really fill the tacos/ burritos up! We will be back, but might order ahead next time? Kai Joes has upped their taco game! The service is really fast and the staff was very friendly.
