Salads and Sandwiches

Chili citrus vinaigrette, chicken, cabbage, carrot and cucumber. Served with glass noodle and romaine lettuce. Very spicy.

Sandwiches

Baguette with seared tofu, cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, pickled daikon & carrot, and mayo. Vegetarian.

Peanut hoisin sauce with tofu, carrot, and cabbage on yakisoba noodles. Vegan and spicy.

Build-Your-Own Bowl Bar Catering

Includes broccoli, snap peas, carrot, baby boy choy, and choice of protein, base, and stir-fry sauce. Serves 10 people.

A La Carte Side Salad Catering

Romaine and glass noodles, spinach, snap pea, edamame, and sesame miso dressing. Vegan and gluten free. Serves 10 people.
