Starters
Six blue point oysters topped with a perfect blend of tequila, chipotle chili, spinach and asiago cheese, baked
Tacos
Pork marinated in ancho chiles, pineapple juice, oregano and garlic. Sliced from a vertical rotisserie and topped with onion, cilantro and diced, charred pineapple
Burger
1/3 lb. seasoned ground beef, grilled and served with Pico de Gallo, guacamole and roasted salsa, sandwiched between a flour tortilla and melted Monterey jack cheese
Fajitas
Served on a sizzling cast iron skillet with grilled peppers and onions, fresh flour or corn tortillas, refried black beans, Mexican rice, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. For beef you may specify temperature. IE: Rare, Medium Rare, Medium
Chile Rellenos
Fresh pasilla chile pepper roasted and stuffed with chorizo and Monterey jack cheese, coated with egg whites and deep fried. Topped with green sauce
