Sourcing the very best of local spirits to make some really good cocktails, regional beers that not only are from our neighbours or friends but are also delicious, and a range of wines that have had minimum intervention - often organic or sourced from biodynamic farming and gentle winemaking from both the UK and abroad.

Kids are welcome anytime at LARDO - our kitchen doesn’t shut, so it’s perfect for a mid afternoon or early supper.

Chef Bio: Rick Gencarelli
Rick Gencarelli's culinary roots start in New York, where he was a student at The Culinary Institute of America. After stops in San Francisco, Connecticut, New York City, and Vermont, Gencarelli and his family opened Lardo as a food cart in 2010. Why a food cart? It was the best way to get to know Portland and for Portland to get to know him.
