What is Petite Abeille?
Petite Abeille serves traditional French specialties in its bright and welcoming eatery, inspired by the rustic cafés found in the French countryside. Savory appetizer options include the mushroom tartine on charred sourdough, the roasted beet salad with goat cheese and the gruyere and parmesan cheese croquettes. Popular entrée items include the bonne maman mac and cheese with Black Forest ham, the North Sea bouillabaisse and the rich Flemish-style beef stew with veggies. Is Petite Abeille kids friendly?
I've been to Petite Abeille many times. It is one of my favorite places. Really kids friendly (we usually go as a group with at least 4-5 kids). For the NYE we went for a early dinner, and ended up staying until 1 AM! It was beyond my expectations. Great place, good food and friendly environment!
Is Petite Abeille a good brunch?
Finding a brunch location on a Friday isn't always easy. Petite Abeille is an interesting restaurant and I can safely say the waffles were light as air although somewhat chilly. Unfortunately one of the menu items wasn't available so one member of our party needed to find an alternate choice. The coffee was good. The restaurant was largely empty so we had good service. When caffeinated coffee was poured in my decaf cup, a new cup of decaf was promptly provided. The wait staff members were cordial and prompt.
