What is the best Puerto Rican food in Orlando?
Really good and inexpensive Puerto Rican food. I ordered two plates of Arroz con Gandules and Pernil. At other places in Orlando and Kissimmee that I have been to it either comes out with dry meat (from sitting) or overcooked rice.
