South of the Border
A Classic Mexican treat. We take our slow cooked shredded beef, tomatoes, mild green chiles and spices, then roll’em in a large flour tortilla and deep fry it to a golden brown. Garnished with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Served with refried beans and rice.

Slices of slow roasted beef piled high open faced style. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes covered with our homemade gravy.
Hot Off the Chuckwagon
Our own special recipe of ground chuck, mild onions, and lightly seasoned bread crumbs, topped with ketchup, and smothered in our house made brown gravy.
