Most people don’t think of fresh roasted coffee beans when you mention our name. But it’s true- we roast our own beans and package them for take home. We’ll even grind it for you.

Silo Starters
a whole pound of house fries generously tossed with our homemade barely legal garlic seasoning. make sure you both eat these or someone's sleepin' on the couch.
Salads
slow cooked tri-tip seasoned with mexican spices and served on a fresh green salad with bell peppers, onions, corn, cheddar cheese, jack cheese and our southwest taco dressing on the side.
Burgers
our half-pound burgers are served on our freshly baked focaccia beer bread and include 1000 island dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion and seasoned fries.
