Maine Lobster claw and knuckle meat – the sweetest most tender parts of the Lobster – served chilled, tossed lightly with house made lemon Mayo in a butter grilled, top-split New England style roll.
Deli Style Sandwiches
House made chicken salad with dried cranberries, apricots, celery and red onion mixed with our garlic and herb aioli. Served on a butter grilled bulkie roll with fresh greens and cucumber slices.
