03/04/2020 - MenuPix User On 3/3/2020 my family and I went for dinner. The food was good! While we were there A waitress sneezed on her hands and then proceeded to grab the orders that were ready without washing her hands. (GROSS) The female cook was eating and cooking at the same time (GROSS).

Chef DeJuan took on the Executive Chef position at the Alhambra in 2011. He was previously the Executive Chef at the Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel in Celebration, FL. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Chef DeJuan has more than 20 years of culinary experience.
