Matty G’s was born out of a similar leap of faith that inspired Ray Kinsella to carve a baseball diamond out of a corn field in Iowa. My “Field of Dreams” is not a corn field, but rather, family-friendly, sports-themed restaurants in Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

Is Matty G A good place to eat?
Matty G is priced for gourmet premium food while the food we received was anything but. We have been looking forward to trying this place with all the rave reviews but cannot recommend this to others in good conscience.
What is the difference between the Crown Burger and Matty G?
The crown burger had one slice of bacon and we are pretty sure they forgot the garlic in our garlic fries. They were regular fries with Parmesan cheese on it. Matty G is priced for gourmet premium food while the food we received was anything but.

What is the monsters of the midway burger?
The Monsters of the Midway burger was flavorful combination of steak burger, pastrami and grilled onions, would be happy with that most days. The chicken tacos weren't much to write home about, the shells weren't crunchy but not soft so not the easiest to eat.
Is the sweetness of fries sweet?
The french fries were sweet, similar to a waffle or pancake sweetness, which was weird but okay. The sweetness just didn't go well with the flavors of my burger, especially the rye. This would be the first time fries were left on the table. My husband loved the spicy-ness of his burger and finished it all.
