Our Name is Mendocino Farms. We're known for turning sandwiches, salads and more into an unexpected culinary adventure, made with fresh ingredients and fearless flavor combinations.
Who is the owner of Mendocino Farms?
Mendocino Farms started as—and still is—a family business. Co-Founders (and husband-and-wife team) Mario Del Pero and Ellen Chen created the concept in 2003, determined to lead through empowerment and build a thriving business from just a good idea and a lot of passion.
What are mendos Krispies?
(only found at Mendo)! Our Krispies are made from. buttermilk, polenta, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs. These flavorful krispies are fried without the chicken. and stay crispy after cooling.
Does Mendocino Farms have dessert?

Why is it called Mendocino Farms?
Del Pero and Chen named the company Mendocino Farms because they wanted to tap into the ethos of Mendocino County and its hippie ethic of supporting each other. From the beginning they knew they didn't want the company name to have an apostrophe s on the end. Instead of making it possessive, they made it inclusive.
Whats it like working at Mendocino Farms?
Mendocino farms is definitely a fun place to work. My co-workers and management were always supportive, and the work schedule is flexible. The pay is alright depending on the location and amount of tips that come in.
What is Mendocino superfood Krunchies?
We top it off with a house-made “superfood krunchies” (a healthfully addictive blend of crunchy fried quinoa, millet, heirloom red rice, and nutritional yeast), cotija cheese, and a black bean, roasted corn, and jicama succotash.
What are the Crunchies at Mendocino Farms?

What is not so fried chicken?
Not So Fried Chicken Sandwich. Shaved, roasted chicken breast topped with Mendo's krispies, herb aioli, mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, pickled red onions on toasted ciabatta.
Does Mendocino Farms have gluten free bread?
Mendocino has all kinds of sandwiches, gluten free bread, and even better, all are labeled gluten free, vegetarian, and even vegan!
