What do you think of the Blue Cow at Pasadena?
I was quite happy to see "The Blue Cow" as my kids call it, coming to PASADENA. We eat at this location frequently, as the kids beg to go here for the PB and J sandwich. I like it also, so I am able to get a nice, healthy salad. I usually do a Sandwich Study of Heat as a salad or perhaps the Save Drakes.

Del Pero and Chen named the company Mendocino Farms because they wanted to tap into the ethos of Mendocino County and its hippie ethic of supporting each other. From the beginning they knew they didn't want the company name to have an apostrophe s on the end. Instead of making it possessive, they made it inclusive.
