About
A delightful traditional coaching inn, retaining its original historic features, with a modern twist. Comfortable and friendly, with open-fires, real ales and mouth-watering food overseen by Chef John Rimmer, and with a great choice of stylish and spacious bedrooms.
Location
Check-in was OK. Was nice to be upgraded to a very nice room due to Accor Diamond status. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom surface tops were sticky, as were the table tops in the room. Used our disinfectant wipes to clean the surfaces ourselves.
