APPETIZERS

Prepare your palate for fabulous Mexican cuisine. Our appetizers are created for 1 – 4 people and go perfectly with our host of Margaritas, Mojitos y Cervezas Mexicanas!

COMBINATIONS

Filling Choices: Cheese, ground beef, chicken, picadillo (shredded beef and pork), chile verde or chile colorado. Served with choice of black beans, refried or Rancho (whole) beans, Mexican or white rice. You can also add sour cream, guacamole or make it DELUXE.

ENCHILADAS

All of Azteca’s specialty enchiladas include two (2) enchiladas and are served with Mexican or white rice, black beans, refried or Rancho (whole) beans. Your filling choices include chicken, ground beef, cheese or picadillo. Substitute the rice and beans for steamed veggies, house salad or Azteca fries.

FAJITAS

Fajitas are served sizzling hot over a bed of sautéed onions and green peppers. Accompanied with rice, black beans, refried or Rancho (whole) beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, cheddar cheese.

FAVORITES

Served with Mexican or white rice, black beans, refried or Rancho (whole) beans. Corn or flour tortillas upon request.

BURRITOS

Flour tortilla stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese (not spicy ~ just delicious), white rice, rancho beans and grilled chicken breast. Finished with Azteca’s salsa ala crema, cheddar and cotija cheese. | $15.00

Cheese Steak Quesadilla Plate

Steak and onion quesadilla covered with cheese sauce. Served with rice and guacamole salad.

Carne Asada Plate

Tender beef served with rice and beans, tomatillo sauce, guacamole salad and two tortillas.

Steak Tampiquena Plate

Grilled rib-eye steak covered with grilled onions tomatoes and bell peppers. Served with rice and beans, guacamole salad and two tortillas.

Steak Chipotle Plate

Grilled rib-eye steak covered with chipotle sauce. Served with rice and beans, guacamole salad and two tortillas.

Steak Poblano Plate

Grilled rib-eye steak with poblano pepper, covered with ranchero sauce. Served with rice and beans and two tortillas.

Steak Ranchero Plate

T-bone steak cooked with onions and topped with ranchero sauce. Served with guacamole salad, rice beans and tortillas.

Steak Mexicano Plate

T-bone steak, chile toreado and pico de gallo. Served with rice, beans and tortillas.
