Homemade cinnamon granola, oat, mixed seeds, maple syrup, golden syrup, garnished with blueberries, served with strained yogurt and honey

EXCLUSIVE

Steamed chopped flat green beans quickly stirred in a pan, mixed with herb, fresh chopped tomato, topped with a fried farm egg. It is known in the West as an Italian dish, but this variation is originated from villages in the north of Iran.

SALAD

Chopped salad of finely diced cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion, dressed with fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Seasoned with dried mint, salt, and black pepper. Originated from the city of Shiraz and considered as the national salad of Iran.

Who owns Mill House Restaurant?

The Mill House Restaurant formerly known as The Fiesta Restaurant was built in 1947 and opened for business in 1948. It was owned by Charles and Butch Gutzweiler and was established as a family restaurant and neighborhood bar.

When did Mill House change its name?

In 2000 the restaurant name changed to a new name, that name being The Mill House! May of 2006, the restaurant was purchased by BJoe and Kim Aull. We are very lucky to have the Flicks in our support system. So, here we are today!

What is the chef's table at Mill House?

A special dining event called “Chef’s Table” occurs at Mill House on Friday and Saturday evenings. The chef produces a 7 course meal featuring interactive dining, where guests can discuss each food item with the chef as he serves them at his open air kitchen. Mill House. Mill House is a restaurant at the Maui Tropical Plantation at 1670 Honoapiilani Highway, in Waikapu. Phone 808-270-0333. Open for lunch and dinner. Maui chef Jeff Scheer was named Chef of the Year in 2015. He has created a menu based on fresh ingredients, many of which are grown right here on the property of Maui Tropical Plantation.
