Memphis Minnie’s very special Pastrami Wednesday is still our most popular sandwich special after all of these years! Founder, Bob Kantor, grew up in Brooklyn with a long heritage of deli appreciation. Pastrami was one of his favorites and this is his ode to that venerable tradition.
