What is mission ceviche?

Mission Ceviche was created with the purpose of connecting the diverse people of New York City through the unique lens of Peruvian cuisine. Led by Chef José Luis Chavez, Mission Ceviche combines traditional flavors with modern techniques and unexpected twists to create an exciting menu that is just as healthy as it is flavorful.

What cocktails did you have with your dinner at ceviche?

I can't remember the cocktails my companion had but dinner began with Ceviche (of course), specifically the "Mixto GF" (Mixed seafood - Aji amarillo Tiger's Milk emulsion - Sweet potato - Charred avocado). This was followed by the Whole Roasted Branzino and Seco Norteno (Short Rib). We also ordered crispy brussel sprouts on the side! *Chefs Kiss*!

What kind of corn do they have at Mission Cafe?

Right away they came with some "canchita" Peruvian salty corn. He took it order drinks while we went over the menu on our phones; missionceviche.com/menu
