Last night was my first time visiting Moku Kitchen. I would say 5/5 out for the food, but a 3/5 for the way the restaurant is run. We put our name on the OpenTable waitlist and started with 19 parties ahead of us. Within about 30 minutes we were moved up having 7 parties ahead of us.
