Is the lobster roll from the Lobster Bar fresh?
Lobster roll was not fresh and was covered with old bay spice. Same thing with the lobster mac and cheese. No mention of that spice on the menu and the lobster was previously frozen...not fresh.
How can you tell the difference between lobster and shrimp?
The shrimp were tough and rubbery. The lobster meat was diced so small it could not be identified as lobster meat. The rubbery tips of the claws were diced in there.
