Here at New Shilawon, we are the embodiment of a family owned and operated restaurant. In 2014, my family took over full ownership and operations, and is highly involved in every part of the restaurant, from food preparation to serving. My mother has been Shilawon since its beginning in 1994 and prepares many of the banchan (side dishes).
