This is where it all began. The Nona Blue Modern Tavern concept found the perfect home in this newly developed Lake Nona area. Offering a comfortable, warm place to hang, dine and connect with others, Nona Blue is a beloved fixture of this Greater Orlando community.
What's in a Nona Blue Burger?
The bun is the star. Nona Blue Burger: Three meat blend/Crumbled blue cheese/Smoked bacon strips/Lettuce/ Tomato/Red onion/Pickle/Toasted brioche. This is a very big burger.
What are Your Favorite Things to eat at Nona Blue?
Some family food favorites from this visit: veggie flatbread, rack of ribs, fresh grouper, ribeye and the BROWNIE! This restaurant was a JOY to visit! Sadly tonight was my last visit to Nona Blue. I used to meet colleagues there after work every Thursday night and at least on other night during the weekend.

What color is Lake Nona?
All the Lake Nona players rushed the green. During the celebration, McDowell saw Bona and Davi and yelled “Go Blue!”—the Lake Nona team’s color. At that moment, Bill replied back “Nona Blue!”. With that said, the trio officially had a name for their Modern Tavern.
