Created with Sketch. Nopa was fantastic! Coming from the east coast, this was our first dinner in San Francisco, and it did not disappoint. From the appetizers through the dessert, every dish was well thought out and perfectly executed. I highly recommend any dish that comes off the chef's wood-smoked grill as the flavor is second to none.

I highly recommend any dish that comes off the chef's wood-smoked grill as the flavor is second to none. We had the wood-smoked mushroom lasagna and nine hour bolognese for our entrees, and both dishes were delicious. All around, our dinner at Nopa was top-rate, and we will definitely be back.

Sometimes a night is just off, and this was one of them. The food was poor, and the service was terrible. Not rude terrible. The guy was very nice. He simply had no idea about anything on the menu, and there was no sommelier, so he faked that, too. It was painful. Really poor evening.
