Sandwiches
10 ounces of ground, seasoned prime angus chuck flat grilled to seal in the flavor. get it all the way with lettuce, tomato, onions pickles. you can also add grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms or jalapenos.
Entrees
8oz filet cooked on the flat top grill with salt pepper and topped with maui sauce. served with rice and vegetables.
