One Night Taco Stand is still an outstanding casual restaurant paying great attention to their food. Everything is fresh and not the old school cheese smothered dishes. The quacamole and queso with chips and a beer can be a meal in themselves. After reading so much about birrias in the Jax area, decided to try their version.

Marinated grilled chicken served on top of a bed of lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, and avocado slices and then topped with shredded cheese.

All fajitas come with grilled onions and bell peppers and are served with a side of refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
