What is the best place to eat in Edna?
Palacios is, in my opinion, the best option to eat in Edna. The place is usually clean, the service friendly, food comes out timely and hot and is pretty tasty. Good chips and salsa too.
Is Edna in town square still standing?
Edna is tiny. We stopped on the way home from Corpus. Town Square has striking old time movie house still standing but closed. The restaurant is in "downtown" Edna. Nothing fancy but good food at fair price. $9 entry price point and up.
Is the enchilada poblano good?
Live the bowl of refried beans that comes with the chips and salsa. The Enchilads Poblanos are delicious! Service is good. This place is always full at supper. The locals come frequently.
