Also, have yet to have any good Mexican food in Portland. Papi Chulos is just another tick on the list of failed attempts. Way overpriced for sub-par Mexican food. They have a great location and fun vibe, but ultimately we were disappointed with our meals and would've preferred getting dinner from a taco truck for half the price.

There's limited sitting inside, but there's also seating outside, either at the bench just outside of Papi, but do note that, the seating is shared with other restaurants along side. They do have a number of picnic table seating near the shared entrance of the other neighboring businesses as well.
