POULTRY

We would like you to know how we prepare a chicken dish. We take a whole chicken, de-bone it carefully, trim away all visible fats and skin, cut it to appropriate bite size and prepare it with plenty of fresh vegetables, the resulting dish is high in fiber content, and low in animal fat. Nutritious and delicious.

MOO SHI

Served with pancakes and plum sauce. Large with 4 pancakes and regular with 2 pancakes. Extra pancakes $0.50 each.

Sliced of chicken sauteed with fresh mushrooms and broccoli. Half in a glazed white sauce, the other half is Genera1 Tso's chicken.

Jumbo shrimp tender sliced beef and chicken harmoniously sauteed with fresh vegetables in a spicy hot sauce.

Triple Fresh Delight
