Disposable Utensils, Napkins & More

Please Note: Entrees are not served with rice. Remember to order rice on the side. Plastic utensils, napkins, plates etc will only be included upon request. Please be ready to order and keep dish modifications to a minimum as we experience high call volumes and reduced workforce during lunch and dinner hours.

Choice of Fish: Red Snapper, Whole Flounder, Cross-cut Chilean Sea Bass Whole Red Snapper - best served fried and crispy. Whole Flounder - best served fried and crispy. Cross-cut Chilean Sea Bass- best served steamed, or lightly fried. Served w. center bone. All shrimps are served with tail-on. Shells can be removed upon request.

Hainanese Chicken with Rice

Chicken rice subtly flavored with steamed chicken (with bones and skins). Served with chef's special soy sauce.

Roti Telur

Traditional Indian pancakes, filled with eggs and onions. Served with curry chicken dipping sauce. Hot and spicy.

Panang Satay Chicken

Marinated chicken on skewers, charcoal grilled to perfection. Served with Malaysian specialty peanut sauce. Hot and spicy.

Marinated beef on skewers, charcoal grilled to perfection. Served with Malaysian specialty peanut sauce. Hot and spicy.

Satay Bean Curd

Crispy fried tofu stuffed with cucumber and bean sprouts. Served with peanut sauce. Hot and spicy.

Curry with Young Tau Foo

Eggplant, bitter lemon and tofu stuffed with minced fish, fish balls. Served with clear chicken broth or curry soup. Hot and spicy.

Achat

Vegetable pickled in tumeric powder and ground peanut spicy herbs with sesame seeds. Hot and spicy.
