Julienne cut veggies, green onions, carrot, white cabbage, ginger garlic and soy sauce stir fried on high heat. Served with hot sauce and your choice of meat, egg, or vegetables.

DESSERT

Fresh made cottage cheese traditional from milk and dipped in rabid sauce. Made from milk, cardamom, sugar, and saffron.
