PICK-EM PHO ANH
Our Vietnamese beef noodle soup is called Pho. This Pho is made a scratch in the house every single day. Cooked with beef bone, beef brisket, and herbs. The broth takes over 12 hours to reach the perfect flavor. Our pho is always served with green & white onion and a side of fresh beansprouts, Thai basil, jalapenos, and lime.
ENTREES
Served with steamed fresh white rice. Stir-Fried with celery, green and red peppers, bamboo shoots, onion, peanut.
