The Alligator tenders were off the charts!! I've had Alligator before, but this was the most flavorful, with the best texture I've ever encountered. The Venison Chili is awesome, and the Bison Burger is both flavorful and juicy (they've been a bit tough when I've had them before -- this wasn't).
