Brunch Review Only: Porcupine Pub & Grill is a great local staple that has served the Cottonwood Heights community for a long time. We went to brunch probably expecting too much. Though the wait to be seated/receive food wasn't long the awaited meal didn't hit its mark. Traditional breakfast/brunch offerings were lacking flavor or finesse.

COTTONWOOD LOCATION OPEN and ready to serve you 7 days a week. Porcupine Pub & Grille opened its first location at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon on April 27th, 1998.
Appetizers
Sushi grade Ahi* served rare, cabbage, mung bean sprouts, carrots, green onions, basil & cilantro wrapped in wonton & nori paper. Flash-fried & served on a bed of white rice with pineapple & pickled ginger

Baby greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with red onions, pears, blue cheese, fire-dried pecans and Mandarin orange
