About The Poutine Machine
The Poutine Machine is a lean, mean, green (and blue) machine, giving all of Cincinnati, OH that classic Canadian dish on the go. It's a food truck, after all, and while fairly new to the street food scene, it's carting around over 75 years of combined experience in the food industry. Quite impressive, if we say so ourselves.
