Where is Rakkan Ramen located?
Located in the up-and-coming M-K-T Heights multi-use development area on Shepherd in building 5, Rakkan Ramen is a welcomed addition to Houston's ramen scene, offering vegan and meat-based bowls. Their broths are all vegetarian based and can be filled with grilled pork (or sub crispy chicken) or veggies/tofu.
Is chili sauce good for ramen?
The chili sauce was not good (don't put it in). Besides that, the broth was not very rich for the style of Ramen and it was really nothing fabulous or fantastic on the noodles or any of the toppings. I'm comparing to their competitors nearby in Jinya, Ramen Tatsuya, and Samurai Noodle.
