Like in Japan, you eat and go. So we were done super quick and if there was a short wait like this again, for sure we will be back. Definitely want to try the black squid ink one.

Overall, I'd say the ramen was an 8/10. The Red King at normal spiciness has a small but satisfying kick, but not too spicy at all. Can definitely go for level 2 or higher if you want more kick! The broth is very very rich and flavorful and the meat was tender. The thick noodles at normal firmness was a bit too firm for me, so if you like softer noodles, I wouldn't recommend the thick noodles here.

No, they don't do to go or take out. Even during the height of the pandemic when many restaurants shifted to take out options, Ramen Nagi apparently didn't want to sacrifice quality so they stayed closed instead of offering take out.

Was the ramen good? Absolutely, definitely one of the better ramen you can get in the Bay Area. Would I want to wait in the line again and again for it? Maybe only once every few months, it was delicious but I'm not dying to go back and wait 45 mins again.

We lined up around 1pm and it was a 40min wait, not too bad (we were expecting an hour wait.) The line was slow but it moved and they had more seating outside the restaurant. Also, once we were seated the service was very fast!
