Red Rooster is in a gentrified part of Overtown. The restaurant is beautifully decorated to look like how Overtown looked in the early 20th century during its heyday. We chose to sit "outside."

What is Redred rooster like to eat?

Red Rooster is a vibe. I'd only come for drinks before and always loved them, but the food was actually pretty darn good! Specifically, the oxtail was so decadent and tender just falling off the bone! The presentation of course was very nice. We tried a limited time only appetizer called fish wings, which the chef told us was blowfish!

What is your review of Gospel Brunch @redroosterovertown?

We were really looking forward to try the Gospel Brunch @redroosterovertown but unfortunately we were disappointed, first of all the live music was way too loud, if you sit inside you will not be able to talk to the person sitting next to you, and on top of all it was not really gospel music, so that was very disappointing.
