It was a very good breakfast. The only absent with a freshly sliced Serrano pepper or Jalapeno mixed into the eggs that usually comes with this meal. The scramble was well scrambled with its ingredients and seasoned nicely. It was a good mix, and even better on a corn warm tortilla and some house hot sauce.
Is rice good at a salsa bar?
The rice had a good mild flavor and had a loose consistency. They had a good salsa bar with a enough variety to make most people happy with a flavor to their liking. Service was very friendly at the counter. In fact, the lady who took my order had a great sense of humor.
