Rotating Menu
We believe that supporting local farms will help to keep your money right here in Colorado instead of going to the giant corporations that dictate the market. Because of our unique partnerships we constantly change our menu depending on what produce & proteins are fresh and readily available throughout the year.
The Mother Clucker Challenge
Our Almost Famous Fried Chicken Sandwich tossed in Shock Sauce with lettuce, tomato and served in between two massive grilled cheese sandwiches. If you can beat the current record - it’s free!
Signature Dishes
Sushi grade Ahi tuna crusted with black sesame seeds and seared on the grill. Sliced and served on a bed on Thai chili slaw with uncle Jobe’s Yummy sauce, green onions & black sesame seeds.
Sharing Plates
Assorted cheeses, cured meats, local fruits, Colorado honey, garlic stuffed olives, fresh vegetables, bacon wrapped dates and so much more arranged on our gorgeous black walnut live edge slabs.
Event Catering
We also pride ourselves on creating menus for special event needs such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or block parties! We like to ask “What does food mean to you”? If you have a favorite dish or something you’ve wanted to serve your friends and family, let us know! We love putting a “Food truck twist” on your favorite foods.
