What is in a Caesar salad?
Hot smoked chicken from our American smoker tossed through a salad consisting of baby gem lettuce, crispy denhay bacon lardons, garlic croutons, anchovies & parmesan shavings, all brought together with our homemade Caesar dressing
What is chicken breast served with?
Chicken breast marinated in buttermilk, then breaded and deep fried served with sticky spiced rice , our own creamy katsu curry sauce topped with pickled vegetables & toasted sesame seeds. ( for a vegan option we can swap out the chicken for smoked tofu )
