In 1983 , the first café was opened in San Angelo, Texas. It already had five locations in 1995 before it was bought by Bobby D. Cox. Rosa’s Café continued to grow and now has branches in North, West, and Central Texas. Since then, it has offered delicious Mexican food that makes customers come back for more.
