What is Banh Mi?
Banh Mi: is not really your typical Vietnamese baguette. It's basically a small sandwich so honestly I don't think this should be listed under "banh mi". At 7.50 for this sandwich, it doesn't have pate spread in it either. You have the option of tofu, beef, chicken.
Is Vietnamese food good?
Very good Vietnamese food. I loved the fried egg rolls. My noodles were good as well. I should have asked for more of the sauce because it's to die for!!
Is pho broth vegetarian?
The pho broth was obviously flavored with something artificial ( and not vegetarian as I ordered). My flat noodles were too sweet, the sauce was watery, and there were some other flaws in the cooking technique and flavorings as well. The food was edible, but definitely not as yummy & satisfying as it used to be.
