Stir Things Up!
Sangria is the perfect party drink, and we love serving it outside in the summer. Take the guesswork out of your cocktail prep with a sangria station. Your guests choose the wine, fruit and garnishes themselves. They'll have fun making their own beverage -- and you won't have to play bartender all night. Cheers to that!
Bases Loaded
Mix up big batches of red, white and rosé sangrias (without any of the chunky fruit) and pour them into punch bowls, pitchers or dispensers. This way, guests can try completely new combos every time they refill.
Make ahead!
Your sangria bases can be refrigerated for up to 4 days. Say "yes" to preparedness!
Rosé Sangria
This Rosé Sangria calls for wine, juice and liqueur as well as pieces of fruit. If you want to serve this recipe at your party, just leave out the fruit and chill beforehand!
Chop and Drop
The best thing about a buffet: the choices! Pick up whatever ripe fresh fruits look good at the store and cut them into bite-size pieces. You can't go wrong here, but be sure to include a few faves (cherries, grapes and apples) and surprises (star fruit, kiwi and mango).
Tropical White Sangria
This twisted sangria is oh so refreshing. Take a cue from this recipe for fruit ideas! Strawberries, blood oranges, kiwis, mangos -- these fruits are really fun and add gorgeous color to your spread.
New Leaves
Save prep time by putting out bunches of fresh herbs: Rosemary and sage pair well with red sangrias, mint and basil with light ones. Display them in plant pots or water-filled vases, so people can snap off as much as they want.
