Is yellow tail sushi fresh?
Sushi was fairly fresh, was a bit disappointed with the Yellow Tail sushi cut. The fish just looked slightly off in color but tasted fine. The rolls were supposed to be filled with "spicy salmon" and "spicy yellowtail" but it clearly was spicy tuna.
Does Spokane have specialty rolls?
Wish we had this place in Spokane WA... They offer 66 specialty rolls. If you buy 2 you get one free. The green tea was great. The food temp was perfect for sashimi and sushi rolls... they do seem to add some sort of light vinegar to the rolls which I have never seen before but the rolls where not heavy and really fresh and light tasting. We go rolls 20, 27 and 29. We also had the spicy tuna rolls and super white tuna sashimi... very good...
